Text with accent marks search issue.

What is the difference between the “Find” option and the “Search” tab? We have many users that find more effective to use the “Find” option in the Organization Chart top toolbar, but the result of this option is sensitive to the accents marks. Just using an example Éric Bérubé

1.Result using “Find”
   Search from Bérubé  it will find the right box
   Search from Berube it  will say “No boxes matching the search criteria were found”

2. Result using “search” tab
    Search from Bérubé or Berube will find the right box in both cases (the ideal result)

Shouldn't these two options be accent marks neutral? Or what would be the technical justification to explain to our users why the different behavior.

OrgPlus does not read the accent marks as neutral.  The character with the accent mark is read as a separate character.

Both search tools are very similar. The main difference is that if a search panel is created in OrgPlus, a search panel will be created in the OrgPlus Plug-in and will also appear with users that are using the OrgPlus Reader.
