If each of these 5 people are reporting to the CEO and you would like to show them on different levels, you can right click on a box and choose Action | Demote Left/Right. After reading this Q and A, I tried the suggested procedure in one of my charts. When I right click on a box, there isn't an option of "Action". There are some editing choices, box properties, and a cpuple of others, but no "Action".

I stand corrected. The choice of "Action" now appears as a choice in my chart, but I swear it wasn't there when I wrote the message above. Please excuse the post and my apparent inattention.
