Hi, thanks for all your support.

I'm using OP7 Professional (500). Each branch of our organisation is on a different sheet of the same Exel document. To draw the organograms from that and to refresh, no problem. But as soon as you change the order of the tabs (sheets), or delete one as has happened in the past, the organogram is updated with the wrong data. I've tried to point the charts to the correct sheets, using "Refresh Properties" and "Data Source", but, although it reflects the right source, I can't point it to the correct sheet in the .xls document. Any other way of doing it?

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

When you import data from an Excel spreadsheet. OrgPlus remembers the position of the sheet rather than the sheet name itself. For example, if Sheet B is the second sheet of the Excel workbook, and you import the data from Sheet B, OrgPlus will remember that the data came from the second sheet not Sheet B. If you were to take Sheet C and make it the second sheet in the workbook OrgPlus would refresh using the information in Sheet C even if Sheet B wasn't deleted. As of yet, I haven't found any way to correct this by changing any options in OrgPlus. I will submit this to the developers to get it corrected.
