Our organization consists of six levels of supervision. We established profiles on our org chart that contain photos. The photos are viewable for all employees except those in the lower level of the organization. All photos are contained in the same file and are configured alike. In the illustration below, it's only the photos of employees in Level 6 that aren't viewable.

Level 1 - Director
Level 2 - Deputy Director
Level 3 - Lab Director
Level 4 - Section Supervisor
Level 5 - Group Supervisor
Level 6 - Employee

When configuring the size of photos, a configured profile will maintain its own photo sizing. The Photo Manager will allow you to set sizing options, but these will only affect photo size when they are shown in the boxes. do you have different profile configurations for each level? If so you need to configure the photo size options for the Level 6 profile settings. If you select the Profile tab from the right-panel area, you can select the Manage Profiles button. When you select the profile in question choose Edit. In the window that opens select the photo field and select Format. On the Picture tab you can configure the photo sizing options.

If this does not work, can you send the chart file and several of the pictures to benu@orgplus.com? I can take a look at the chart and try to identify the problem.

There is only one profile configuration, and it applies to all employees. The Level 6 employees are distributed on four different subcharts. None of the photos of employees at this level on any of the subcharts appear in their profiles. Photos appear for all other employees, however.

How were the photos added to the chart? Did you use the Photo Manager, or were they added by using the Photo field during the import?

If you used the Photo Manager, the thing to check would be to choose a name of one of the level 6 employees whose photo is missing. Then go to Data>Photo Manager, you can browse through the list of names to find the employee you chose. If there is a red X next to his/her name then scroll to the right and find the Photo column. In this column it will tell you the file name it is trying to find to match up the photo to the employee. The red X means the Photo Manager could not find a matching file in the folder specified.

All the photos were linked using Photo Manager. I browsed through the list of names in Photo Manager as you suggested. None of the names of the Level 6 employees appear in the list. Profiles are available for all employees, including those in Level 6. The profiles of Level 6 employees don't contain a photo, however.

If their names are not listed in the Photo Manager list, you can enter the Photo Manager screen and select the Generate button. This should refresh that list with all employee names.

The problem has been fixed. I noticed in Photo Manager that the dropdown for Import photos to up to level selection was defaulted for 6. I changed it to 7 and clicked Generate. That solved it. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
