Hi!
I have an excel spreadsheet and I have individuals who share a job, just now once I have imported my data in to OrgPlus 7 I need to manually select the two employees and then make a multirecord box which shows their job details at the top of the box and then their individual details in the subbox i.e. Employee Number, Employee Name
Is there a way to make Orgplus do this on import rather than me having to manual find the individuals and combine them?

Mantaii,
There certainly is a way to do this in the Import Wizard.
When importing, in the Verify Hierarchy dialog, click the Combine button. Then, specify the criteria with which you'd like to combine your records.
