Multiple fields in a Sub-box

Greetings. I'm a brand new user of OrgPlus 7 Standard. I have a pretty basic problem, I think, but after a couple of unsuccessful hours trying to solve it on my own I'm turning to you: I'm trying to manually create Multi-record boxes that display the Names and Position Numbers of several people. Seems pretty simple, eh? I don't have Professional version so I can't import data from Excel to automatically generate such Multi-records boxes, so I have to do it by manually. So, I created a Multi-record box, then created a Sub-box, clicked "Show Sub-box Properties", added a Name field and Position Number field to it, but don't know how to add more Name and Position Number fields to the box. Now, am I even following the correct path within the Multi-record box to display my four people and their positions , or...?
Thanks.

Dear Ben Day,
The sub-box in a multi-record box layout determines which fields for each record will be displayed. So, if you select to show the sub-box, then place the name and title fields within the sub-box, the name and title will be displayed for each record that is in the multi-record box. Essentially, you just have to place those fields in the sub-box view and any record you add to that box will have their names and titles displayed, one after another...so, yes, you are on the right track
You can find more information on formatting MRBs (multi-record boxes) starting on page 7-46 in the OrgPlus 7 User's manual.
