Dear,

Since I've updated my OrgChart with a lot of new photo's, I can't save it anymore. Everytime I try OrgPlus stops responding and I finally have to kill the app via the windows task manager. Again and again.

The OrgChart now has 500+ photo's, where it was around 300 before. Can that be a reason?

p.s. I've first tried the OrgPlus serviceline, but I didn't get helped for about half an hour (first one waiting...) so I quit the call. Second, I tried your online customer help form, but clicking it gives me an error.

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

This error is probably occurring because the photos are set to be embedded. When this option is chosen the photos become a part of the .opx file, and so it is trying to save all 500 of those photos as well. Trying to save that much information at one time could be causing the application to freeze.

You can try changing the photos to Linked instead of Embedded. This will help keep your files size down, and the application won't be having to save all the photos while saving the chart.
