I have successfully created my first chart but having manually moved a few boxes around the connecting lines look untidy.

How do I manually position the connecting lines so they look more acceptable?

Unfortunately there is no way to rearrange the automatic lines. You can hide these lines and insert manual lines that look the way you want them. To hide the lines please follow the steps below:

1. Right click on the line.
2. Choose Visiblity from the drop down menu.
3. Select Hide.

Once your lines are hidden you can add manual lines by selecting one of the two manual line options from the left toolbar. The icons for these tools look like a pencil drawing a line.
