Lost ability to refresh data.

 >:(  I recently reverted back to Org7 from Org8 due to all the issues I was having it, and have found that I no longer have the ability refresh data. The area is greyed out on both the front icons and the dropdown toolbar. Is there a way to fix this? I do not want to have to import the data again and start from scratch. Please help!

Update to problem:

It appears the the problem is caused by converting the Org8 chart back to an Org7 chart in order to open it again with Org7. I have tried to open earlier versions of other org charts that I had never converted and have found that the refresh options are available. Unfortunately, I had only archived Org8 versions of the charts that I currently use, so I am stuck with awaiting a fix to the conversion issue or fixes to the the Org8 issues. Please help!

Thank you for contacting the support team.

I have confirmed the same result on my end when saving from OrgPlus 8 to OrgPlus 7 and attempting to refresh. The same result occurs between OrgPlus 7 and OrgPlus 6. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Once a new version of our software containing the correction has been released we will notify you immediately.

Please note that sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, a correction cannot be obtained in the next immediate release. Thank you for your patience concerning this matter and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
