I need to add to the profile of the users a link to the

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

This is certainly possible. You can create a new field which can be set to be a hyperlink. You can then add this field to your profile, and set the hyperlink path and select a Label to be displayed rather than the link path. To do this please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Data>Define Fields.
2. Select Add.
3. A new Unnamedfield will be created. Give this Field a name so it can be easily identified, and then check the Hyperlink chaeckbox.
4. Select Ok.
5. You will be prompted with the question of whether you would like this new field to appear in all boxes. Select Yes or No depending on your preference.
6. Select the Profile tab in the right panel area. Select the Manage Profiles button.
7. Select the Profile from the list you wish to add a hyperlink to and select the Edit button
8. Choose your new hyperlinked field from the available fields list and select Add.
9. Select Ok.
10. Right click on the hyperlink field in the displayed profile in the right panel.
11. Select Edit hyperlink.
12. In the Title area enter the text you would like displayed. In the Link area enter the path to the file you wish to link to.
13. Select OK.

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

There is currently not a wizard type of option to insert hyperlinks. It is possible to have the links created while importing your chart. In a column in your data you can enter the information Link Title:Link Path and it will automatically create a hyperlink to the information entered in the link path area with a title from the link title area. While this option does still involve some manual creation it is considerably easier than selecting each profile and editing its hyperlink.
