ldap import hangs

I have been trying to import data from Active Directory without success. I have tried using the following format:

[logon]
server=dc.domain.net
user=cn=<username>,cn=users,dc=<domain>,dc=net
skiplogon=0
rememberpassword=0



[config]

base=cn=users,dc=<domain>,dc=net
acceptedfields=
dn,manager,cn,mail,telephoneNumber,title,ou


I select file-> import-> and select the config file above. It then proceeds to "fetching LDAP data ...." and will be fetching for hours. I don't think it works. What am I doing wrong?

server=ActiveDirectoryServer.OrgPlus.com       
user=domain/username or username@domain.com
skiplogon=0
password=0
