Hi,
when purchasing the product, I selected the 750 limit as I knew I would not have to draw charts bigger than that.
However, I did not realized at that time that the 750 chart box limit would be translated in the tool as a 750 rows excel import limit.
I was indeed expecting the tool capability to turn into hierarchy a raw unsorted file, and then to select the appropriate filtering of visible levels/groups to fit into the 750 box limits.
For example, from a file listing the whole org (let say more than 1500 rows), charting only the 2 first levels (less than 500 boxes).
Unable to do this, I have to manually pre-filter the excel file on the 2 levels I want to draw, which means doing myself a painful task Orgplus is good at doing in a second.  

Is there any alternative other than purchasing higher license, knowing that the charts won't need such amount of boxes ?
If no, I suggest for future orplus updates releases, to include some flexibility in the data import wizard, so that the blocking message does not appear at the beginning of the import, but only at the end if the filters, groups and other settings are done in a way that the graph would have more boxes than the one allowed by the license.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to filter a file which you are importing so that it will only take a portion of the records. When importing from the file it will take all the records that are present in the file. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.
