Index Generation for PDF
«
on:

On the index page at the back of the PDF file generated from OP7, some individuals are listed
Smith, John ....................... 14
Smith, John ....................... 23
and for others, they are listed as
Doe, Mary ......................5, 32
why do some individuals list them separately and others are combined? I'd prefer that they are combined...thanks for your help!

wpsc,
This could be caused by employees sharing the same name. In this index it is showing two different John Smith's, but only one Mary Doe. The reason Mary Doe is showing on two different pages is because she has an auxiliary reporting relationship.
For your reference, your case number is: 00126536.
