I've manually created a box so that I can have 2 directors on 1 chart as you can't have more than 1 person with no upwards reporting structure (is there a better way to do this?) but I can't make the email address I've typed into this box a hyperlink - any tips?

Please esure that you have checked the box for hyperlink in the field definitions.

It can be found as below
Selct Data
Select Define Fields
Scroll across on the field you want to be hyperlinked and make sure it is checked.

If you manually created this free floating box , then there is no way to hyperlink those fields you inserted.
