How to automate <Title> in HTM container

This is seriously bugging me
I've inherited the responsibility for about a dozen organisational charts. We update them in Orgplus 7, then publish to the Orgplus Plug-in for upload onto our intranet.
Some of the charts produce an HTM container with the top-level job title within <Title></Title> coding. The top-level job title then appears in the title bar of the IE window when viewing.
In other charts, there is simply a space between the <Title> tags, and the IE title bar shows the path to the file.
How do I configure this? I know I could manually add the title to the HTM container, but I want it to do it automatically! I can find no obvious difference between the .opx files, nor any difference in how they are published to the plug-in.
Can anybody help?
