Do you have any examples of charts which use what-if scenarios ...e.g. chart created with current HR data but ability to apply formula in OP7 with theoretical financial data (different salary parameters) linked to job in order to generate or apply a different scenario for budgeting purposes...?

We currently do not have any examples of this scenario you are looking for. The way you could create this is to import the current HR data you have into OrgPlus. Save that chart as the current status of the company. You can then make the changes to the data manually in OrgPlus and then compare the current chart with the updated chart.
