I'm working with a client that would like to purchase OrgPlus7.  Their biggest requirement is that the resulting charts need to be portable and easily distributed via email.

Options as I see it:
Word, PDF, and PowerPoint charts that are static in nature.  I.e. I can create any of these in the detail that I need, and create a corresponding file that "prints" the chart for the recipient to view (page by page).

OrgPlus Plugin:  Create a dynamic chart that can be expanded, collapsed, etc just like the original, except in a browser environment.  Requirement:  the first time that a user views a chart he will be prompted to install the OrgPlus ActiveX component.  Subsequent viewings (for that chart or any other) will open up quickly and dynamically in the browser.

Just want to make sure that I'm giving my client the right specs.  They'd prefer a Word, PDF, or PowerPoint version that is dynamic, but I think that the OrgPlus Plugin is a workable option.

Does it sound like I have a correct understanding of my options?

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

You are correct. They do have two more options as well. They can publish to HTML which  is similar to using the plugin, but the plugin can offer more options to the viewers of the chart. Also they can send the .opx file to people and the other users can open that file using the OrgPlus Reader which is available for free download from our website.
