When running a refresh on my org chart today I noticed that the department number field that I display just outside of the chart boxes is not updating on my chart nor in the directory.  We have just changed our department numbers from five digits to six and I need this change to reflect correctly on the chart.

Have you encountered this issue before and, if so, how do I resolve it?

One thing you would most likely need to check is the chart's refresh properties to verify that the field that that department number is in has been selected for refresh.

To do this follow the steps below:
1. Go to Data>Refresh Properties
2. Review the Import Fields From Source section.
3. Ensure the department number field has a been checked.

If the box is checked and the field is still not refreshing the box contents may be locked. To check this follow the steps below:

1. Select a box that should be updated during refresh.
2. Go to Format>Box Properties.
3. Go to the Advanced Tab.
4. Ensure that the Lock contents during data refresh check box is not checked.

If neither of these options fixes the issue please send us the chart file and source data you are refreshing from.
