Creating New chart from existing data

Hi,
I am relatively new to using OrgPlus7 so not 100% of its functionality but if someone can advise I would be grateful.
We have an organisation of about 375 people and I have already created an Org Chart using Sub Charts to show different departments.
Within my organisation we have staff members that have dual roles and these dual roles change depending on what projects are currently in place. It has been requested that I create additional charts to show who is working on what projects.
My question. Using the existing data is there a way I can indicate who is part of these virtual/project teams and then create a new chart showing just these people without having to create a whole new database?
Cheers

William,
Add a duplicate record to your chart. Let's say John Smith has two roles. Add his name twice in your data set, but indicate a different title (or project/role name) to the second record. His box would show twice on the chart if you indicate a different ReportsTo (manager) in your data set. Depending on who his direct manager is at the time, he could show up in different sub-charts.
Additionally, you have the option to create a new chart tab within the same project. You could then copy and paste John's box and subordinates into the new chart tab. Right-click on the chart tab, and select New Chart. Then, Do not share.... then Create From - Entire Chart. Copy and paste the information for only John and his subordinates.
If you were using Orgplus 8, you would have the option to add an AltReportsTo column in your data set. This command would indicate that John reports to two managers with a pop-out arrow.
