I've created on org chart that I've spent a lot of time formatting.  I need to create a new chart (from a new data file) and would like to duplicate all of the formatting and if possible the data definitions (they have the same fields).
I tried "Cut Format" and "Paste", but it seems to think it that I'm trying to past contents.

As for the format, it does change the format when I paste it, it seems to paste the base format attributes and not the conditional formatting attributes.  Any ideas?  Has anyone done this successfully?

You want to save the chart you already formatted as a template (*opxt).

I did check out some of the guide but was focusing on the cut and paste and didn't look into templates.  I'll give this a try.  Thanks again!
