Combining Multi-Record Boxes
« on: July 15, 2008, 08:56:28 AM »

I have a manager, working for that manager are six people.  I have created two multi-record boxes containing two people each and two other single boxes.  When I apply a Chart Style, it combines both multi-record boxes into one box containing all four people and leaves the two single boxes alone.

How do I apply a Chart Style to multi-record boxes without it combining all of the boxes together?

BTW, I really do appreciate your help on these questions.  I have had no training at all and have had to build an org chart for 525 people....so I really appreciate all of your help!

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

So this issue is a problem with the application. If you put two multi-record boxes in the same chart style they will combine into one box. The only way to avoid this is to keep them in seperate chart styles. if you are trying to arrange them in a vertical fashion then you can put one in the normal column chart style and the other in an assistant style they will both appear in the column as seperate boxes, but still maintain different chart styles.

If you have any further questions feel free to contact us at op.support@orgplus.com.
