Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

If the reporting structure is the same and the column headings for the data that crosses over on both spreadsheets are the same, then you should be able to import one spreadsheet into OrgPlus and then refresh the chart using the second data sheet. This will add any fields not in the first spread sheet to the org chart. You could then export the data to excel to have one complete spreadsheet. The only thing to be aware of is if a company appears on the first spread sheet but not the second OrgPlus will try and remove it during the refresh. You can avoid this by either adding these companies to the second spreadsheet or lock those box contents of theose boxes to prevent changes being made. To lock the box contents please follow the steps below:

1. Select the boxes you want to change.
2. Select Box Properties from the Format menu.
3. Go to the Advanced tab.
4. Select the Lock contents during data refresh check box.
5. Select Ok.

If you have any further questions feel free to contact us at op.support@orgplus.com.

Sincerely,
