I can't seem to change individual boxes (deleting fields).  I want just one line (title), not name, etc. - It changes the entire org chart even though I have only one box selected and also I can't see to change the spacing in between two co-worker boxes (to allow me to insert a text box).  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

When removing fields from a box you will want to remove the fields from within the box properties screen and make sure the changes are set to only apply to your selection rather than entire chart. To do this please follow the steps below:

1. Selct the box you want to alter.
2. Select Format>Box Properties
3. Select the Box Layout tab.
4. Remove the fields from the center box area to the left column.
5. Ensure that Selection is selected in the bottom left corner in the Apply To section.
6. Select Ok.
