I am trying to apply a colored background to a box in my chart.  I select the box, right-click and select "Box Properties."

I then choose colors and lines, and then choose a fill color but it won't apply the color.  

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Smokeyham,

Most likely the actual cells have had the color set on them or you have some conditional formats set. Please check these 2 items and see if one or the other is true. If these are not the case please email the chart in question to jeffs@orgplus.com and I will be happy to take a look at it.
