Hi,
I purchased Orgplus Professional for its dynamic charting feature.
I'm quite surprised to see that everytime I refresh the data, a lot of unexpected changes happen despite the checks in refresh options dialog : sub charts are deleted, pictures scaling & size back to autoframe (while I set up differently).
I think there is the possibility to specify breaks with "breakat" option, but it is fastidious as it requires you to set it for all boxes you want to have a subchart. Could not find how to save or automize a "break every 2 levels" setting.
Same for box layout settings : saving & applying a template doesn't update everything.

Anyone can help ?

If your sub-chart breaks are disappearing on a data refresh that may be a result of how they were created. If they were created manually then they may be removed. To prevent this ensure the Re-apply Sub-Chart Rules check box is not selected as that will cause it to apply the rules created in the Create Sub-charts Wizard.

On the photo resizing, the data refresh looks to the Photo Manager for its size settings. So if the size was set in Box Properties rather than the Photo Manager and the size settings are different it will chose the size in Photo Manager. To correct this you need to change the size in Photo Manager. To do this follow the steps below:
1. Go to Data>Photo Manager
2. In the Photo Manager window that opens go to the Photo Size tab.
3. Select the size options you are looking for and Click Ok.

As to the template not applying everything. Be sure when you apply the template file you choose Contents instead of Look and Feel in the Apply Template Properties window.

I just tried out :

- Photo issues solved  

- sub charts : issue was still here, even after unchecking the "re apply sub chart rules" box, while I create sub charts using the wizard...
I realized that I had added, with my Assistant column, the "Breakat" column in my import file. It was all empty, but I was acting as 0, forcing the "no break".
I have thus removed this column and looks ok now.
