My user has been using OrgPlus 6.0 Professional 250 with Automation for almost2 years. Within the last few months, he started getting this error when trying to save an existing chart "The parameter is incorrect." The save is not performed, and the program stays open and editing is not affected. At that time a reinstallation of the program was done which required a new key and the problem disappeared. Yesterday the problem resurfaced. We can do a File SaveAs giving the chart a new name. Is there a way to find out why this is happening and to correct it without having to reinstall?

The first thing to check/try would be to make sure you have the latest build of OrgPlus 6. The build should be 421. You can check the build number by going to Help>About OrgPlus 6. I am emailing you a download link for the latest build in case you need it.

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.
I've been checking into this issue for you, and one of the other techs tells me he has seen this issue before. The cause, when this was previously encountered, was that the user's My Documents folder was mapped to a network resource rather than the local drive. OrgPlus places the My Charts folder in the My Documents directory and it is the default save location. The only solution we have found when this is the case is to keep My Documents local to the computer.
