Word publishing :: format error
«
on:
July 21, 2005, 06:29:18 PM »
Hello,
I use the following command in order to publish Word document
"C:\Program Files\HumanConcepts\OrgPlus 5\OrgPlus5.exe" -pw "c:\Program Files\HumanConcepts\OrgPlus 5\KPO_OrgChart_SS\oc_word.opx" "c:\Program Files\HumanConcepts\OrgPlus 5\KPO_OrgChart_SS\oc_word.doc" -CloseOnError -NoLaunch -r -u -y -f
This file should not contain Cover, Contents and Index pages, only Chart Contents. It was published manually with these settings but later on, when it was published from command line it contained again cover and all other pages.
How can I indicate publish settings in command line?
Thanks.

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.
There isn't a way to change the publish or import options via command line. It

Yes,
I republish OrgChart manually without Cover, Contents and Index pages but when I run command line by schedule the resulting WORD file contains these pages again.

Can you please look in your OrgPlus System Information (Help | System Info) and tell me which build of OrgPlus you are using? Please do not put all of the system information here, as most of it is confidential.
Sincerely,

It may solve the problem if you download the latest build of OrgPlus 5. Below is the download link for the latest build:

Please let us know if this does not solve the problem.

Yes,
I have tried 511 build 225. Unfortunately it does not solve the problem but makes new ones. My OrgChart has lost subcharts division. I use a condition for subcharts - [hr_subchartroot] = "Y" - where hr_subchartroot is a dedicated field in DB but it is not applied. I would not like to recreate subcharts because in this case all charts should be reformatted. As well I should update orgviewer for all the users.
