I have just recieved update CD to Orgplus 5 loaded it and when asked to put my unlock code and e-mail address in , I did so. At this point my system asked for my login and password as we have a firewall in place. AT this point the the app just does nothing and eventualy I shut it down. At the moment I can't get by this screen to even use offline registration. I have sent e-amil to support but have received no answer as yet.

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

Based on the information you provided, it appears your problem may be due to a Proxy server or Firewall security feature.  If you are having problems unlocking OrgPlus, unplug your computer from the network as you attempt to unlock OrgPlus.  This will enable OrgPlus to bypass your Proxy server and move forward with the unlock process.
