Two users in my office have OrgPlus 5.  I create a chart, email it to the other user, she opens it up on her PC, edits, emails chart back to me, I cannot open it.  It doesn't even load period. In fact if I click on the file, it doesn't even open OrgPlus.

Stats:

Me - OrgPlus 5 Professional 250 - Build 137
She - Orgplus 5 Professional 100 - Build 213

Is there something causing us not to be able to use the same charts?  This is a major issue in our office.

More on my issue:

If we save the chart down to 4.0 version, eveyone can open it.

But why would we users who are all using 5.0 have to save to 4.0 version for everyone to access?

Discovered other admins in my building, who have 5.0, could also not open this particular chart.

This is a known issue with the particular builds you have.  Please download the latest build of OrgPlus 5 from the below link for each user:

Install the newest build and unlock using your unlock code and the registered email address.  This should resolve the issue.
