When trying to import data from an excel spreadsheet, I get a message that the server is busy. My options are to switch to the other program and fix the problem or retry. Nothing works and I don't know what other program this message is referring to.  It also slows down my PC considerably. My operating system is Windows XP. I have used the import function before without a problem. What could be wrong?
