Is there anyone out there who has encountered this problem or knows how to solve it?

When I publish to Adobe the contents of my text box is not showing; however, when I print it or view it on the screen it does.

I appreciate any assistance that you can provide.

I see in our case history that you spoke with one of the technicians on the phone. He had you try copying and pasting the chart into a new file. This option resolved the issue for him. If this process did not work for you please let us know.
