Publisher Closes OrgPlus in Windows Server 2003

Hi,
We created a chart and published it to PDF. The PDF gets generated and the chart is perfect, but when we generate the PDF again (from Tools...Publish...<Select Chart>) and click 'Run', OrgPlus closes and the PDF does not get generated.
The Operating System is Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition (Version 5.2).
We did not have this problem earlier (it was then Windows 2000 Professional)
Any thoughts?

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.
It sounds like you may not have permission to write the file to that location. Please try saving it to your desktop or another place. Also do you have Acrobat installed? It must be installed so that it can be viewed after it's created. Let us know if you need more help with this.
