Thank you for the reply! I did figure out how to print as I needed. The people who sent the charts to me used an earlier version of OrgPlus and they have every file saved as a new chart. Also, they were not following a template. So now I have a new (related) question:
1) What is the most efficient way to get all of their charts transferred in to one file, so that I don't have to print each file one at a time?
2) Is there a way to format all boxes at once so that I can get several charts (in different files) to look the same? (It does not seem like you can "copy format" and paste from one file to another like you can in, for example, MS Word.)

Veronica,
You can cut and paste all of your charts into one chart file.
1. Open the chart you want to hold all of your charts
2. Select Insert | Chart
3. Check "Do not share..." and "Empty chart"
4. Click OK
5. Open a chart you want to copy
6. Click CTRL-A to select the entire chart
7. Select Edit | Copy
8. Return to the chart from step 1
9. Right click on the empty box on the new chart
10. Select paste
11. Repeat steps 2-10 for every chart you wish to put into your file.
You can copy the format of a box and paste it to an entire chart at once.
1. Open the chart with the format you want.
2. Right click on a box, select Copy Format
3. Open a chart that you want to change the format on
4. Click CTRL-A to select the entire chart
5. Select Edit | Paste
6. Click OK
Sincerely,

Wonder if anybody has had the same problem......
I am working in Org Plus 5 with multiple sub charts and I CANNOT print the entire chart - even if I selecte "entire chart" - it ONLY prints the current chart.....
Getting a bit desperate here........
Thanks
Mandy
