I am trying to create profile in Org Charts. I want picture in the profile. Pictures of all employees are loaded in folder on server. I preapred Org Charts and published in Org Viewer so everyone in company can see them. I can see the picture in profile if I map the picture through a mapped drive on my PC. But another user who dosen't have mapped drive to server cannot see the picture. How can I resolve this issue? I don't want to map netwrok drive on each PC for pictures.

We suggest you put the pictures in a type of shared location on your network. This needs to be a place that everyone can get to. Then use the absolute path to that directory. Please see below:

Local path (incorrect way of mapping the directory)

Q:\folder\Org chart\Pictures

Absolute path (correct way of mapping the directory)

\\server\folder\Org chart\Pictures
