I am having trouble adding photos using Photo Manager, Please explain to me about the target location, I browse to the folder where I have the pictures stored but it doesn't seem to recognize anything.

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

OrgPlus will determine the name of the file by using the file name template you tell it to use. This is setup up in the Photo Generator section. The "Photo Field" menu lets you choose which field to use for the name of the picture. If the name field is selected then you can use a template in the "Name Template" menu. The Last option is "File type" menu. This chooses JPG, GIF, BMP, and many more.

For example if I have a field with the name "John Smith" Then I would choose the filed that contains that name, and use the template "FLast". This would mean OrgPlus looks for
