Scenario:
1) I create an .xls and import the data to make an .opx.
2) I send both the .xls and .opx to my coworker.
3) She edits the .xls data and wants to refresh the data into .opx. She has orgplus on her computer as well.

PROBLEM: My coworker is unable to do this because under the DATA MENU, "refresh data" and "refresh properties" are both gray (unavailable for clicking on).

QUESTION: Is there a way for different people to update/refresh .xls --> .opx on their own different computers?

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

This is possible. However two things must happen. Both of you must be using OrgPlus 5 build 168. This was fixed from build 137. Here is how to check you build number:

1) Go to Help | HC System info
2) It's located in the top line

Here is the second thing that must happen she must save the file in the exact same location you had it saved in when you imported. For example if the file was located in "\\file server\OrgPlus charts\data" when you imported, then she must be able to get it to the same location.
