Just started using this today -- sorry if this is a dumb question...

Is it possible to insert a line-break in the Title field? The organization I'm trying to chart has some very long titles (e.g., "Director of Technical Operations Field Services"), that I'd like to break so that they can occupy two lines in the box instead of one?

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

What you can do is break the data up and add it to two fields, or use word wrap. To add a new field of data to your boxes go to Data | Define fields and click add. To use word wrap Select the box(es), go to Format | Format fields... choose the field you want to add word wrap on, hit ok, then choose the Alignment tab.

I have this same problem.

If I implement word wrap as suggested it seems that it automatically applies to all peers in the chart. Is there a way to apply it to only one box?

If I wrap a field then how does OP5 determine box width for that peer level? Does it then use the longest non-wrapped field?

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

Please follow these directions to wrap a single field of data in a box:

1) On the left choose the "Select Fields" option. (It's under the pointer and above the move chart option.)
2) Select the field you want to wrap text on.
3) Right click on it choose Font... then Alignment tab
4) Check Word Wrap
5) Click Apply and Ok

This will wrap to the longest line of the non-wrapped text field.
