Missing data when printing

Hello,
When doing a print preview or printing, non of the text (chart title, Text box) shows up. The only thing that shows are the info inside a orgbox and pictures.
Is there a setting to change that or is there a microsoft repair to fix it??
P.S. This only happens on one computer. The same chart opened in another computer just fine.
Already tried uninstalling , clearing the registery, reboot, reinstall.

Have you tried installing the latest build of OrgPlus 5 (5.1.5)? Please download the latest version of OrgPlus 5 from the below link:
http://www.humanconcepts.com/products/maintenancedownload.htm
After downloading, please uninstall the old version of OrgPlus 5 and run the below registry cleaner:
http://www.humanconcepts.com/evalfix/EvalFix5.exe
Now install the new version of OrgPlus 5.
