Importing from Oracle

Hi
I've been assigned to try and setup Org Plus - my company appears to have bought it years ago and never set it up. We need to import a hierarchy from Oracle HR. I can get it to see my Oracle database but then I am presented with a massive list of tables and I have no idea what to select to import a structure.
Can anyone advise please?
