On the front page of my chart, under each box of the Director and each Manager I have several lines (formulas) for headcount, open positions, etc. I have two columns of information under each box.
In the Layout Tab in the Box Properties is there a way to change the length of these fields below the boxes?

You can't physically modify the length of the lines, but you can turn on word wrap, which will wrap your text so that it isn't as long on one line.  To turn on word wrap, you can go to Format | Format Fields, then select the fields that you want to turn on word wrap for.  Select OK, then go to the alignment tab.  Click the box for word wrap, then press OK.  Press Done.  This will turn on word wrap for all the fields that you selected.
