I have an org chart that management wants all on one page.

You may want to check on your margins and then republish.
1. Go to File | Page setup
2. Click on the Margins tab
3. Uncheck Ceneter chart on page Horizontally and Vertically and check use minimum Margins
4. Click OK
5. Go to Chart in the top menu
6. Uncheck Both Center up/down and left/right
7. Manually move your chart in the page by using the move chart button (little green cross on left menu)

This should fix the issue
