Hi,
I recently noticed that each time I try to modify an existing file and save it, the file name changes automatically. For example, I tried to modify a filename called org chart 2009.opx, after the changes are made, I hit the save button. When I look back at the filename, it automatically changed to org~opx. The tilda sign seems like its saving it as a temporary file. This only happens on existing charts. I am able to create and modify new charts. I have re-installed the application maybe about 4 times and the problem keeps happening. Is there a patch or fix that I can apply to fix this issue? thank you so much.....

Thank you for contacting the support team.

This save problem existed in OrgPlus and has since been corrected in our later versions. Can you check to ensure you are on the latest build of OrgPlus 5? You can check by selecting Help | About OrgPlus from within the application. If you are on a build lower that 246, please download it from the link below:

I would also recommend upgrading to our latest version (OrgPlus to take advantage of the new features. I have provided a link to the feature highlights:
