When importing from Excel, I have a manager that has two groups under her, both requiring different types of branch styles. Can this be done in excel?

Yes, that can be done. Please include the column "BranchStyle" in your data. Then label the branch style accordingly. For example if you would like the branch to be a Tree Style you must give that branch's manger a style of "TreeStyle". This will make everyone under him have a Tree Style.
