Embedded chart problem

A user has Orgplus 5.0 installed and has created several charts. He has published these to a Powerpoint (2003) chart.
This Powerpoint ppt has been emailed to another user who also has OrgPlus 5.0 installed.
When editting in Powerpoint it should be possible to double-click on the embedded chart and edit in Orgplus. However this doesn't work, immediately bringing up an error message saying the server is not available (or something very similar) This message is displayed instantly. If Orgplus 5.0 is uninstalled and 4.0SE installed instead, everything works fine.
Is there a bug in 5.0 with object embedding?
The fact that the error message is displayed straight away indicates that some sort of registration or link (registry key perhaps) is missing - it takes several seconds for Orgplus to load when (4.0SE) it works.
As I've just purchased 3 upgrades from 4.0SE to 5.0 I don't want to go back to the old version.
Help please !

microgen ,
Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.
When publishing the chart are you choosing to "Insert Object" under the embedded type?
