I am using OrgPlus 5 Pro 5000 Boxes. My Oracle Database both Position & Reports_to fields are text fields with length 6 . I am using Import Wizard. Import Data wizard converting Reports_to field from text to Number. (Ex. from 054236

This sounds like a common bug in OrgPlus 5.0 build 137. Please go to Help | About. If the build number is less than 168 please go here to download the latest version of OrgPlus 5.0 (5.1).
