Hi all,

I am currently using the command line function to import the excel file to create the chart automatically.  However, every time i created the chart, i need to add back all the fields, such as photo, department, etc. to the box layout.  How can I default to show out this field as default? Should I add some parameters in the excel file or command line?

Dear rickykyc,

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

This can't be done with a command line import.
We suggest you go to File | Save as and save the file as a Template. Then go to Chart | Apply template file.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thanks administrator.  However, i use the following step but still cannot create the template with photo.

1) Open a existing box template
2) Define a new predefined field "Photo"
3) Add the field to the box properties
4) Modify the scale of the photo size.
5) Save the template with a new file
6) Quit the program, run the command line to import my chart and then apply the template.

Why not just refresh the chart (Data | Refresh Data)? That way you don't need to keep re-importing. Also if you are using photos we highly suggest you use the photo manager.
