Is it possible to have a clickable hyperlink in a box that has a caption rather than the entire literal link? For instance, instead of seeing "http://www.corporate.com/intranet/website.html" typed out in the box, I would rather just see the word "Website". When "Website" is clicked on, it should open a new window and take the user to "http://www.corporate.com/intranet/website.html". I have accomplished this by manually editing the HTML, but isn't there some way for OrgPlus5 to let you enter a caption for your hyperlinks?

Please follow these directions to add a link the way you want it:

1)   Go to Data | Define Fields...
2)   Click Add
3)   Name the fields and set the type as you want it.
4)   The put a check in the box
