Hello
We are running a web application on a windows 2000 server, displaying charts with OrgPlus and it is working fine. I'm in the process of moving this application to a new windows 2008 web server and I'm getting the following error when I try to display a chart: "OrgViewer Message (built 277). Unknown error on downloading URL data"
I think built 277 is version 4 of OrgPlus. Is this version compatible with Windows 2008? Is there anything else I'm missing?

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

Unfortunately, due to the age of OrgPlus version 4, we are no longer supporting that application. As a result, no work has been done to verify compatibility with recent operating systems. We do, however, have OrgPlus 9 available for use. I believe that you will find it to be a greatly improved charting tool. If you like you can evaluate OrgPlus 9 Premium 500 from our web site at: http://www.orgplus.com/download/download-orgplus-evaluation.htm.

Please keep in mind that any OrgPlus 4 charts that are modified and saved in OrgPlus 9 format will no longer be available for use within OrgPlus 4.  During your evaluation period, it is recommended that you make copies of any OrgPlus 4 charts that will be modified in OrgPlus 9 so that the original chart will still function with OrgPlus 4.
